Please supply us with your brand-guide, visuals, graphics, logo, presenter names and titles, run-of show and we will get to work right away. WE will set up the show flow based on your needs and requirements and will give you a short demo. (50% deposit required / min 48 hr notice required)

confirm the dates and presenter information

We understand the there are always last minute changes . We ask you to please confirm the final guest list and their titles, date & time for the event no later than 48 hours before the event We will provide you with a printable version of our "best-practices" pdf booklet for you and your presenters (remaining 50% deposit required).

 | step 4   

recording & live-streaming (optional)

Based on your request we will record the broadcast, ISO record the zoom room and live stream to  and up-to 3 destinations. Once the event has finished, we will  send you all your recorded material via Google Drive within 24 hours.
