Global Map Questions
What is the significance of the Global Peace Map ?
We believe that by identifying ourselves as "peaceful",  sharing our vision for peace with one another and learn about different point of views, we create greater levels of understanding.
Why are there different icon colours?

The icon colour represents the primary peace development topic of the individual user., This can be related to engagement, knowledge or area of interest and allows for greater collaboration and cooperation.
Will this map be searchable?

Yes, we are working on different layers and queries to show affiliations across different topics.
This will be available once we have a certain number of members and organizations join our movement.

Can I stay anonymous on the map?

Yes, you can. You have a choice of adding yourself (why wouldn't you) and a choice to reveal your real name or user name. For paid members you can add your contact information, weblink and short bio.
Are you planning of adding event maps ?

Yes, we are currently developing a map system for events. The first event map we will showcase is our "Drum For peace" initiative. 
Why do I have to create an account to add myself to the map?
This is the only way we can legitimize our effort to efficient and effective peace building.
It provides a more secure layer against  bots and "fake" members.

Membership Questions
Why is there a membership fee when the 24/7 Sacred Sanctuary only opens in June 2024?
That is a very valid point. We see it like a crowdfunding project that will allow us, through your early support, to raise the funding necessary for our team and technology to be long term successful.
Why is there a membership fee if I can get free mediations and content on other platforms?
We believe in the power of the moment where reality exists, this is why we have chosen a LIVE broadcast. Within the complexity of this project are certain costs for our mapping system, language translation, e-mail system and expenses for the host, production team, graphic design team, programmers and executive team.
Can I cancel my Membership anytime?


Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime for your next billing cycle. Unfortunately, and because of our integrated reward system for members, we cannot issue any refunds. 
Are all members eligible for  the rewards program?

Only paid memberships are eligible for the rewards program. Once you become a paid member, you will automatically be assigned a personalized link that you can use to promote our platform. It can be found in your personalized members page.
How does the personalized rewards-program link work?

The link will store a "cookie" in the computer of the person you refer to our website. This will track your referral back to our rewards program. Initially we will set the system to "first referral" and by July 2024 to "last referral". We feel this is the most fair way to reward those making an effort to support us from the beginning.
How and when do I get paid?


In your membership profile, we ask for your PayPal account email address. Without that information, we cannot send you any money. Please note that payouts will be made on the last day of each month for the previous months earnings. A minimum of $100 payout is necessary to trigger the transaction. 
How much is the rewards program?

There is a Two-Tier rewards program with a 12% reward for the first tier and a 6% tier for the second level. This is valid for membership referrals and products*.

*Certain products may not be elegible.
How much can I earn?


While we dont want to necessarily see it as earning, but rewards, the sky is the limit. Let's say you invite 100 people that each invite 40 people, your monthly earnings will be  $3024/month (for premium paid memberships only and accounts in good standing)
How long can I earn these rewards for?

Besides any unforeseen circumstances, your rewards will come flowing to you as long as your membership is active. Please note that our system allows for payments to accounts in "good standing" only. Past due accounts can not receive rewards and can not be reimbursed
Can I donate my rewards?

WE are working closely with many nonprofits and NGOs that would love to see more financial support. In addition we will set aside a portion of our profit just for that, and we want all members to partake in the decision making process where this money will flow.

Sacred Sanctuary Offerings Questions
Can anybody contribute to the Sacred Sanctuary?

Yes, we encourage all meditators, musicians, healers, luminaries, wisdom keepers and spiritual leaders to join us in our vision to congregate. Nevertheless, we need to ensure that the content we are making available is appropriate for everybody and is not promoting division, disharmony or even hate. The purity of contributions to our meditation room is of utmost importance.
How can I contribute to the Sacred Sanctuary?

You can apply here. We have identified an application process that will allow us to verify authenticity and experience through existing content, websites and social media.
What is the length of the application process?

We are now starting to accept applications for our launch in June and for the rest of the year. Typically, you can expect a reply from us within 4-6 weeks and our goal is to have a schedule ready months in advance.
Can I promote myself within the Sacred Sanctuary

Yes, and we would love to help you with that. Within our application process, we are asking specific questions to use in "title cards", "lower thirds" and "scrolling tickers" that our tech team will incorporate into your offering.
How long is each segment within the Sacred Sanctuary?
We recommend segments to be 28 or 58 minutes long, leaving 2 minutes for transitions between each segment. A maximum of 118 minutes is requested.
How can I promote my segment and contribution on social media?
We will help you with that and create a personalized and branded social media graphic with your image, date and time for you. You can use it to promote to yourself to your audience. Additionally you can set up an event on Eventbrite or any other platform.
Will there be tech support?


Yes, our meditation room and broadcast features a host as well as a team of professional producers and sound engineers to create the best possible experience for you, your audience and our members.
What language do I need to speak?

While you can speak your mother tongue in your segment, we recommend having someone on your side that is able to communicate to our tech team in English. For now, have identified 5 languages to simulcast live too. English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic & French covering about 2 Billion People.
I have already planned an event. Can I stream it to AWAKEN?
Of course. We would be honoured to have your event streamed within our platform to give you more exposure. All we would need in addition to the information in the main submission form Is your stream key and URL. You can add that into your dashboard once it is available. Our tech team will take it from there.

General Questions
How does the voice translation work?


The voice imprint and the LIVE spoken word, with the help of AI technology, will be translated into originally 5 different languages simultaneously and streamed onto our page according to member specific preferences. We are confident that by 06.22.2024 we will be able to offer that technology within our platform. Currently the "delay" is 1/2 hour, by June this might be reduced to 2 seconds.
That's a very ambitious project. How can you make sure it is going to be reliable?
Nothing is guaranteed and as Martin Luther KIng said, "we have to LEARN to organize". Technical glitches and "inconveniences" might have to be expected as we go through our growth. Therefore we are asking for patience and compassion for this project.
Why is everything LIVE and not prerecorded?


While we might have to revert to some pre recorded content due to scheduling, we feel that the power of life happens  one moment at a time. That is particularly true for "spiritual experiences". Our aim is to relate the magic of these moments that perhaps lose its "potency" when prerecorded.
